Bulgur and the New York Times

Just wanted to note that I am running one whole week ahead of the New York Times in terms of bulgur! I have my finger on the pulse of the zeitgeist and all that. Also, I want to make this; it looks yummy. This is why you should listen to me and make everything I make.
